Invite you to a Day of Mindfulness in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, with dharma teacher Jack Lawlor.
Jack will offer a dharma talk regarding “Mindful Communications, Mindful Relationships”
We will enjoy sitting & walking meditation, chanting of the Heart Sutra, and a group dharma discussion.

Please bring a blanket and/or sitting cushion, plus shoes for outdoor walking meditation. Chairs will be available. Vegetarian lunch provided by the Vietnamese community. (Participants with special diets may bring their own meals.)
