Day of Mindfulness
led by Dharma teacher Jack Lawlor in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
We will enjoy sitting & walking meditation, group discussion & a Dharma Talk on Mindfully Engaging the World: The 16 Bodhisattva Precepts

Suggested Donation: $20 ($10 for students) All checks made to V.A.B.A.L.
Please bring a blanket and/or sitting cushion, plus shoes for outdoor walking meditation.
Vegetarian lunch provided by the Vietnamese community. (Participants with special diets may bring their own meals.)
