The Mindfulness Meditation Community of Kalamazoo practices sitting, walking and guided meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. We also enjoy a brief reading, and use it as a springboard to discuss the joys and challenges of practicing mindfulness and being truly present in our daily lives. The group meets at the Awake and Aware Yoga Studio, 3331 Greenleaf Blvd. in Kalamazoo on the third Sunday of each month, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
