White Tara Practice for Healing and Longevity

Presenting a workshop on the practice of White Tara – a deity associated with compassionate
action and in particular physical healing and longevity. Participants will learn visualization
techniques associated with balancing the body’s elements and rejuvenating one’s energetic
life-force. Although it is a Buddhist-based practice, it is beneficial to all. Workshop is free and
open with a suggested donation of $15.00. 1/2 hour reception and registration with
refreshments at 12:30pm, workshop from 1-4:30pm
